These are the must-haves for anyone heading to the mountain, regardless of activity:

• The appropriate inner, mid and outer layers: Make sure you have sufficient clothing layers for your specific activity
• Gloves/Mittens: Insulated and waterproof
• Headwear: Helmet or beanie
• Neck Gaiter/Balaclava: For wind and sun protection
• Goggles/Sunglasses: UV protection; goggles are essential in snowy conditions
• Socks: Warm, thick socks. Technical wool blend ski socks recommended for skiing and snowboarding
• Footwear: Snow boots with good traction (not essential if using ski/board boots)
• Backpack:To carry essentials like water, snacks, and extra layers
• Sunscreen & Lip Balm:High SPF to protect against sunburn
• Hydration:Water bottle or hydration pack
• Snacks:High-energy options like nuts, bars, or dried fruit
