  • If we run out of stock on a item you purchased (rarely, we are pretty organised), you will receive notification, and your item usually send within 72 hours.

  • Shipping is at buyers risk. While we take care to package up your purchase appropriately, Snowscene takes no responsibility for goods damaged in transit

We are happy when your happy! You are welcome to return any product along with proof of purchase. Note: Returns must be made within 20 days of purchase. Online purchases only:

  • Any factory damage or defects are eligible for replacement or refund

  • All products returned must be in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, instruction manuals and warranty booklets present.

  • The original receipt and a complete returns form must accompany the returned goods.

  • Refunds will only be made by the method of payment.

  • Return shipping fees of the product/s are at your cost.

  • Refunds will be made within 48 hours of receiving the product back in stock.  Refunds may not show on your statement for a further 72 hours.

Note from us: We take this policy very seriously, so if you are in doubt of your eligibility for a refund, please contact us and we will ask for photo evidence. Although we do try our hardest to cater to this policy, we cannot take back items in which are damaged by your personal use. Thank you.


Although our stock and orders are synced in real-time, we also share stock with our real store. On the extremely rare occasion that there is a error in stock or fulfilling your product, we will take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfied. We will try track down a replacement item and deliver it to you - with a reasonable time frame (you will be notified of this). Otherwise, we will offer a alternative product or refund in full. Everything will work itself out :)


We often apply the pre-order option to products that have not been stocked with us. If you purchase a pre-order product, please expect to wait until your order can be fulfilled. Most orders will be fulfilled mid may or early June - but we will keep you notified of this. From time to time a product line may be cancelled and not delivered from the New Zealand importer, in this case a best match alternative will be offered or a full refund on the product which has been cancelled.  No refunds for 'change of mind' will be issued on ‘Pre-orders’ products.
