Do I need to book in advance?
Please call us in advance to book your gear, or let us know when you are planning on arriving so we can make sure we can accommodate you. 


What is the fitting process?
You are welcome to send through sizes of everything you need, and we will prepare it for you to collect before you arrive. Otherwise, book a date in with us and we will have a dedicated staff members just for your group to make the fitting process as quick and seamless as possible

Do you deliver gear?
We can deliver gear to the local ski fields for you. This must be booked in advance.

Can you come to us and size up gear?
Yes, for local groups, such as school classrooms, we can send one of our friendly team to your location, and size up everybody  - so we can setup all the gear with each persons correct sizing before you arrive. Must book in advance

Do we price match?
If some circumstances, yes we can price check. Please inquire for more info.

Are we committed to pay for our rentals if we cancel due to weather - either on or before our trip?
We are fully aware of cancellations can happen due to weather, and will not charge your group if you are unable to use the gear due to bad weather. Terms and conditions apply.

Does the special group pricing count during weekends and school holidays?
Yes! This pricing is applied all year round - even during peak season. But we HIGHLY recommend booking in advance to make sure we have gear for you.

Can we hire extra gear for our group, even if we haven't booked it?
Yes no problem. We can add in extra items for your group at the same discounted rate on the day.
