Whats New for Snowscene 2019?!

2019 would be the biggest year of growth for us since our take-over in 2016. With the upgrades on the mountain this year, and excitement around the new 'Skywaka' gondala opening mid-june, we hope 2019 will be another record year for us.

Ski Rental Fleet Upgrade:
We have extensively upgraded our rental fleet with an assortment of gear from the best brands. Over 1/3 of our ski rentals will be overhauled throughout the season with some great additions to our performance range and replacement of majority of our popular sizes within our standard rentals. Also a new selection of boots will replace our older pairs.

Snowboard Rental Fleet Upgrade:
We have overhauled and replaced over 60% of our boots this year with fresh kicks from Burton and Salomon. Expect to ride brand new boots this year! We also have created a new 'performance snowboard' option for our more hardcore riders. We have a mix of free-ride and free-style boards from Salomon to do the job!

Tecnica
We have added tecnica to our range or brands in both retail boots and rental. Always good to have variety I say!

Boot-fitting
As some of you may know, in 2018 we added the memory fit system from Atomic to our bootfitting process, and this year have added again extensive toolage from Sidas to help us get a more precise fit on your boots, and solve some of the more difficult foot problems.

XTM
Another new brand we are introducing is XTM, a popular outerwear company we will have on the racks to buy this year.

In-store revamp
We have continued our work from 2018 and have overhauled the shop creating even more space to fill with more junk no doubt!
